These terms govern your use of Pitchwyse. By accessing the service or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Pitchwyse provides sports scores, fixtures, links to third-party news, and original editorial content. Scores and other live data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable and must not be relied on for betting, financial decisions, safety decisions, or official records.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information, protect access to your OAuth account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or impersonate another person;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass security or access controls;
- introduce malware or submit deceptive, abusive, or harmful material;
- reuse scores, articles, branding, or third-party material beyond applicable permissions.
Content and intellectual property
Pitchwyse’s original writing, design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party headlines, trademarks, team marks, images, and data remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to provider terms.
External services
Links and data from external publishers and sports providers are supplied for convenience. Pitchwyse does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or content.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, providers, or legal rights. You may stop using Pitchwyse and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free live data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service and the effective date above will be updated.
